Thomas and Justine's parting scene in "Blood Rites," sixth book of Jim Butcher's excellent "Dresden Files" series, drawn to fulfill prompt #23 (Lovers) for Fanart100. Done in colored pencils, with a smidge of Photoshop. I don't know why I've drawn two "finished" pieces with Thomas before I've drawn anyone else of note, though one possible explanation is that he's so pretty. Though doing leather pants with colored pencil is FREAKING HARD. Hope they look decent! Justine's shoes are based on a pair of my own, which are both cute and comfortable. Good shopping decision there, Lara!

Very good. I liked that part in Blood Rites. I thought it was sad. It's a good portrayal of the scene I think.
